Service Description

This sleep package is for an expecting parent or parent of a newborn. Here is what you will get in your 60 minute Zoom video consultation with me: -Learn all about newborn sleep cycles -Different ways to calm your baby -Tips on implementing safe sleep practices -How to create a healthy sleep environment to promote the best sleep possible -How to set a strong sleep foundation from Day 1 (*if done correctly, this can save you from having to sleep train down the road!*) -Recommended schedule for your newborn -One day of email to be used within months 1-3 of baby's life This package makes a fabulous baby shower gift!

Cancellation Policy

For Phone Consult Only: This is a final sale. No refunds will be provided. For all other sleep packages: Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance, or a fee may incur. After a consultation, there will be no refunds given.
